Beaches in Fažana and Valbandon: the closest swimming spots
One of our guests' most frequent questions: how far is the sea? From the apartments to the first swimming spot is only about 600 metres, and the Fažana beaches are just over a kilometre away.
Valbandon ispod čripnje — about 600 m
The closest swimming spot, on the Valbandon shore. Perfect for a morning swim or a quick dip before dinner.
South Beach, Fažana — about 1.1 km
A maintained beach on the southern side of Fažana, easy to reach on foot or by bike along the coast.
San Lorenzo beach — about 1.1 km
Another popular Fažana beach at the same distance from the apartments, with views of the Brijuni islands.
Swimming tips
- The shore is partly pebbly and rocky — bring water shoes, especially for children.
- A seaside promenade links Valbandon and Fažana; in the evening it is perfect for a walk and the sunset over Brijuni.
- For wild coves and cliffs, visit Cape Kamenjak near Premantura, roughly half an hour's drive south.
