Service provider
Prices
- All prices are in euros (EUR) per night for the whole unit.
- The tourist tax is included in the price.
- Prices on the website are indicative; we confirm the final price for your dates in our reply.
Booking and payment
- Sending an inquiry through the website creates no obligation for you or for us.
- A booking is confirmed once you receive our written confirmation and pay the agreed deposit.
- The remaining amount is paid on site, at the latest on arrival.
Cancellation
- If a confirmed booking is cancelled, the full booking amount is charged unless agreed otherwise in the written confirmation.
- We recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.
Your stay
- Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out until 10:00 AM.
- Pets are not allowed; smoking inside the units is not allowed.
- Guests must provide the data required for the legal registration of their stay (eVisitor).
Consumer complaints
You can submit a complaint in writing to apartmentpetarpan@gmail.com or by post to Dragonja 46, 52212 Valbandon, Fažana, Hrvatska. We confirm receipt without delay and reply in writing within 15 days.
Consumers may also contact the State Inspectorate of the Republic of Croatia.
